Use of the tool

The text to speech tool is free for personal and commercial use within its fair-use limits (currently 1,000 characters per request, 20 generations an hour and 10,000 characters a day per visitor). Automated, scripted or bulk use is not allowed and may be blocked. If you need volume, use xAI's API directly; our API guide shows how.

Content you convert

You keep all rights to the text you enter and to audio generated from it, to the extent xAI's API terms allow. Do not use the tool to produce content that is unlawful, that impersonates a real person in a deceptive way, or that you have no right to use. Generated audio is subject to xAI's acceptable-use terms as well as these.

No affiliation

This site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by xAI. Grok and xAI are trademarks of their owners.

No warranty

The tool, the guides and their results are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Prices, model names and limits described on the guide pages are taken from xAI's public documentation on the date shown and may change. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may change or remove features and update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
