This site has no user accounts and does not ask for your name, email address or payment details.

The text you convert to speech

• When you press Generate speech, your text, chosen voice, language and speed are sent to our server function. It passes them to Cloudflare Workers AI, which runs xAI's Grok text to speech model (xai/grok-tts) and has xAI produce the audio. Cloudflare holds the generated file briefly behind a short-lived private link; our function fetches it from there and streams it back to your browser.
• We do not store or log your text or the audio. We call Cloudflare with request logging turned off. The generated file lives only in your browser's memory until you leave the page or download it.
• Cloudflare and xAI process the text under their own terms and privacy policies (cloudflare.com and x.ai). Do not submit text you are not allowed to share with third-party processors.
• To keep the free tool usable, our server keeps rate-limit counters (requests this hour, characters today) keyed by a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself. They expire within about a day.

Runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are never sent anywhere.

What we collect

• Analytics. If enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and features are used: pages viewed, which tool action was used (for example "generate" or "download"), approximate location, browser and device type. We never send the text you enter to analytics. Google's own privacy policy applies to that data.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard request logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and performance.
• Crawler and visit log. For search engine and AI crawlers we keep the IP address and user agent, to check they are the crawler they claim to be. For people we only record the page, the referring site, the country and an anonymous ID that changes every day — no IP address and no browser details.
• Theme preference. Your light/dark mode choice is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics, when enabled, sets its own cookies; you can block them with any content blocker or your browser settings and the tools still work.
